Would be good to be able to "log in" before going to ordering page, so you don't have to type in everything all the time. You would only need to update info that has changed, and save info for next ordering dates. (I'm especially thinking of that long health history thing.  Roll Eyes ) Hoping this gets in place before my next script is due..hehe

Hi Djinmonet,

An update here for you.  When it comes time to re-order you should get an email from the system.  If you follow the link in the email to re-order your past medical history etc. will be available so you don't have to re-enter it into the system.

Regards,

Admin,

I like the fact that I can re-order with ease, however, I think there is a huge security risk sending an email with a link to a site that contains information in every field. I would also guess that this violates HIPPA laws. What if my email was comprised and someone clicked that link? Or what if your system accidentally sent a my re-order reminder to someone else?
They now have my medical history, full credit card with exp, etc.., and the ability to click one button to charge my card without my approval. Not to mention the amount of emails that i receive from the order reminder system.

At a minimum, even though this link sends you to a secure site, I would recommend that a change be implemented IMMEDIATELY that requires you to log in with your username and password to enter the reorder page.

Hi Jay,

I'm pretty sure that nobody would knowingly violate HIPPA laws.

I have forwarded for query onto somebody who I hope will be able to answer the questions you raise.  Unfortunately this isn't my area of knowledge.

When I hear back I'll try post  back here with an update.

"I'm pretty sure that nobody would knowingly violate HIPPA laws." - Admin

I agree that no one would knowingly violate HIPPA laws and my apologies if I my suggestion appeared to accuse of any such action. It was not my intention.

I was simply stating that it was a cause for concern and should be looked at it. I would definately make the comment that the re-order reminder STAY PUT, but maybe just put it behind a username and password login script! ;-)
